Equity 99-Seat Plan. Seating capacity is 78.

Specific guidelines:
• Agent submissions only.
• Will accept query/synopsis with 5-page dialogue sample and SASE/SASP.
• NO UNSOLICITED SCRIPTS.
• BEST TIME TO SUBMIT: February-July
• RESPONSE TIME: Approx. 1 month for queries; 3 months for script.
• YOUR CHANCES: Approx. 200-300 new scripts, and 500 queries
read annually. 3-10 become staged readings. 1-3 may be produced.
• CONTRACT: Standard Dramatists Guild contract for 99-Seat
plan.
• SPECIAL INTEREST: Works that challenge preconceptions and
stereotypes; plays that deal with important political or sociological issues; lyrical, poetic works; use of dance and music.
We are NOT INTERESTED in one-act plays, theatre for children or young adults, or musicals.
• CAST SIZE: 10 or less preferred.
• LIMITATIONS: The Fountain Theatre is a 32'x16' small semi-
thrust with a 9' ceiling. Please be aware of these limitations when
considering to submit.
